Australian Professional Airconditioning offers preventative maintenance programs for you and your buildings. We are currently developing an online service where you can log service calls and track their status online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our system tracks all service requests, job history and equipment details. It can be obtained on request. We also perform breakdown repair, retrofit systems and replacement of parts.
Service relates to the one off repair of faults or breakdowns you may experience with any building services systems you have. APA has fully trained qualified technicians who you can call out to attend your premises to effetely repair or diagnosis of an ongoing problem or fault.
Service is different to Maintenance, but Maintenance contract customers are provided with a 365 day, 24 hour call out service for service call outs. It is one of the benefits of having a Maintenance contract agreement with APA.
